You'll build the frameworks that HRBPs at large IT employers actually use — competency frameworks, 9-box talent grids, succession plans, and workforce analytics dashboards built in Power BI and Excel. What separates a good HRBP from a great one? Numbers. You'll learn to build attrition prediction models, engagement heatmaps, and span-of-control analyses — the kind of data that makes business leaders pay attention during quarterly reviews. HR Business Partners with 5+ years of experience typically move into senior HRBP roles. This course is built for HR professionals who are 3–5 years in and ready to shift from generalist to strategic partner. This isn't a beginner course.
